Refund Policy
Refunds will be allowed up through June 29, 2024. Refunds will cover the full race fee, but not the processing fee.
To request a refund, log into your RunSignUp profile and navigate to Manage Registration.

Deferrals are not available for Beat the Heat events.
If the race is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the direct control of the Race Director (e.g. inclement weather; Local, State or National emergency; or conditions on the race course), refunds will not be given.
