Pre-Race Area

There is a lot to do before the event starts on race day! We need your help in the following areas:
Set up - Help our employees set up tables for stations.
Race Day volunteer check in: Help volunteers get checked in and ready to begin.
Race Day packet pick up: Help participants retrieve their bib and packet prior to the race.

Post Race Area

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Be the first to greet runners when they cross the finish line. We need your help in the following areas:
Water Distribution - Restock and pass out drinks to runners.
Food Distribution - Duties include restocking tables and passing out food.

Tear Down Crew

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We will need volunteers to help tear down the start/finish line area. Standing, bending, and lifting 25-50 lbs are all required.

Route Informant / Water Station

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Along the routes there may be areas where runners need to be directed. There will also be water stations set up along the route. Duties include directing runners towards the right path and handing out water.

Sweeper

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

During the race, runners may need to take of jackets or drop things on the way. Duties include following behind the runners to collect any items and returning them to their owners.

Race Day Registration/Packet Pick up

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Race Day Registration is on November 30, 2019 from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM. Workers will register runners and take payment during this time. Race packets may be picked up from 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM. Workers will hand out race packets during this time.
