The Loppet Foundation is dedicated to creating a shared passion for year-round outdoor adventure in the Minneapolis area, focusing on underserved youth and families.
Donations to the Loppet Foundation support our work in creating passion for year-round outdoor adventures -- particularly among youth and families in North Minneapolis adjacent to Theodore Wirth Park. Donations ensure we can provide our Loppet Adventure programs free of charge and make the outdoors a more equitable place for everyone.
Membership
As a Member of the Loppet Foundation, you are opening the doors for countless youth to experience outdoor recreational sports for the first time. You are taking an active role in laying the framework through which people from all walks of life have the chance to enjoy and benefit from lifelong sports like cross country skiing. Thank you for your contribution!
Your involvement in the Loppet community lets you take advantage of a world of outdoor adventures in Theodore Wirth Park and beyond.
Memberships Include:
- Yearly rotating Loppet stickers for new and renewing members
- The opportunity to enjoy free and fun Loppet Member Events
- The member exclusive newsletter “The Trail Report”
- 10% off food and beverages at Mill Valley Market inside The Trailhead
- A 5% discount at Finn Sisu, a 10% discount at Pioneer Midwest plus a free Hotbox service + free ski ties with a ski purchase (PREMIUM ONLY), and 10% discount on clothing at Gear West (must show Member Card at store).
- Join the YWCA with only a $15 Joiners Fee and no membership dues until the following month AND 3 free 30-minute PT sessions. Loppet members will need to show proof of membership to receive the discount.
- A 10% discount on Loppet Merchandise sold at The Trailhead.
- A 20% discount on ski rentals.
