Virginia Capital Trail Foundation
The Virginia Capital Trail is the product of a successful public-private partnership between the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation.
The Virginia Capital Trail Foundation (VCTF) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to enhance, promote, and advocate for the continued development of the Virginia Capital Trail, a paved and protected 52-mile dedicated multi-use trail connecting Richmond and Williamsburg along the beautiful and historic Route 5 corridor and James River. VCTF serves as a resource, community builder, and connector to other trails throughout the Commonwealth. Check out VCTF's website for more information.
If you enjoy the Trail or share our passion for this glorious regional amenity, please consider making a financial contribution to support the Virginia Capital Trail. You may donate as part of the race registration process or click the "Donate" button at the top of the race website.
