For the 20th Anniversary of Matanzas High School, the Band of Pirates is organizing an alumni drumline to perform at our annual Holiday Extravaganza this December! THIS IS GONNA BE FUN!!!

We have one mandatory rehearsal. All participants are required to attend this rehearsal in order to perform with the drumline at the Holiday Extravaganza. The required rehearsal is on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 4pm to 8pm. The TWO performances are Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 7pm and Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The show will include all of the Steelbands as well as the Percussion Ensemble.

We will offer additional evenings where participants can come into the Blue Steel classroom to pick up their music and practice on their instrument before the required rehearsals. These will likely be the week before the required rehearsal, but more information will be sent to participants closer to the performance.

All registered performers will receive an alumni drumline t-shirt included in your registration fee. The concert is open to the public so please encourage your family and friends to attend!
