Details

Assist in directing parking, directing people to the correct locations, helping provide safety of the runners, spectators & volunteers, and know where the first aid kits & supplies are at during event

Sponsorship Team

Sponsorship Team Medium Priority

Details

Helping propose sponsorship opportunities to companies & businesses, propose drink/food sponsorship's to local businesses and thanking sponsors & donors post-race

Freedom Life Fall Family Festival Team

Freedom Life Fall Family Festival Team High Priority

Details

Help set up carnival booths and game areas before the fall festival begins. During the fall festival, assist with the food area, running games, handing out prizes, and any additional help that may be needed.

5k Course Crew

5k Course Crew High Priority

Help make sure the 5k and fun run course is clearly marked with signs & cones, assist in setting up water stations & handing out water to participants, and provide fun encouraging support to all participants during the race

Help spread awareness about human trafficking & the mission of A21 at the A21 table and answering questions that individuals may have regarding A21 and human trafficking

Media & Audio Team

Media & Audio Team High Priority

Take pictures of participants before, during and after the race, take pictures at the Family Fall Festival, help with any set up & tear down of sound equipment, and help the race director from Specta Sports

Hospitality Team

Help with handing out race shirts & bags to participants, set up area with food & water for participants and replenish table with food & water
