Details

Provide medical assistance on the course and start/finish areas. Medical volunteers are approved and scheduled by the Loppet Medical Director. A range of medical training and backgrounds are acceptable and helpful including MD, RN, EMT, AT, Residents and ski/bike patrols. Please answer the medical question during volunteer signup.
Note: The Saturday, 2/2, 5:30pm-10pm shift, is for the Luminary Loppet on Lake of the Isles. All other shifts are for Festival races from Cedar Lake to The Trailhead.

Help at our start lines or announce finishers as they cross the line! Provide instruction to participants in the stadium, make sponsor statements, and help create a fun and exciting vibe. Staff will prepare script and notes. Experience and comfort on a microphone and audio equipment is a plus. Sign up is to identify your interest. Announcers are scheduled and approved by event staff.

*Help setup and manage Lower Stadium area and vendor village.
*Organize and help manage the starts.

Work right on the race course supporting racers! Mix energy drinks, serve drinks and snacks, keep race aid stations clean for all participants. Pick-up area at the end of the race. Groups and teams welcome! Times may vary by location and change if course changes have to be made. Position is outside. Please dress appropriately and bring your own water bottle and snacks. Shifts are approx 4-5 hours long depending on day and location.
