2024 Race Day and Packet Pickup Information
In your email you will have a QR code please have your QR code available for packet pickup to help with speed of picking up
(Email will be going out on Sunday evening)
Please remember that this event is for fun and is meant for all to enjoy the friend and family time before the Thanksgiving Feast preparations.
We (the staff and volunteers) will do and are doing everything within our reach to ensure we have a smooth event.
Please have your 1 item per registration when you are pickup your bib number either on race day or at packet pickup.
THIS IS A REQUIREMENT TO GET YOUR BIB. You can bring any 1 (one) item of the following.
Baby food
Canned food
Diapers
Socks/underwear
Pet food/Pet toys
Any hygiene products
(toothpaste, soap, deodorant etc.)
Clothing or blankets

We really appreciate your support.
This will be the largest event with 700+ registrations.

VIP PICK UP
If you purchased VIP PICK UP please go the VIP table
where you will be able to get the bag with your name and items in it.
Race Day Information
7:00 a.m. Packet pickup opens
8:30 a.m. 5K Run begins.
8:40 a.m. 1 mile Run/Walk begins.
9:20 a.m. 5K awards presentation
T-Shirts
Participants will get the t-shirt they selected at time of registration.
Exchanges are only available after the event,
and upon availability.
Starting Line
We will have signage to line up at the starting line.
Please line up according to your running abilities, faster in the front and walkers in the back.
If you are walking or walking with a stroller, please line up at the end of the pack.
Post Race Activities
Stay after your run/walk and have some fun game time with the family.
We will have games and prizes
(Prizes while supplies last)
Bathrooms and parking
Bathrooms will be available inside the Center.
Street parking available avoid parking along the course (Village St).
We have additional parking at Verrado Elementary
