The YRRC Winter Series Apparel Store is now closed for online ordering of apparel. Running hats and poms are still available for order online and for purchase at each race. 

All apparel ordered online prior to November 8, 2024 will be available starting at the Spring Valley 4 Miler on December 1, 2024. We ordered a few extras to have a selection of Hoodies, Joggers, Vests, and Quarter Zips available for purchase starting at Spring Velley, but items, sizes, and colors will be limited.

NOTE: Online registration will temporarily close at 5:00pm two days prior to each race to allow time to process registrations and assign bibs. Race day registration will be available.

Want to run some hills around York County this winter with 200 - 300 of your friends? If so, with nine race venues around York County, the York Road Runners Club Winter Series is for you! Each venue hosts a main event from 5k up to 10 miles, as well as a one mile run prior to the main event.

How does the Winter Series Work?

• Run 9 races and / or 9 one mile runs for one low registration fee. 
• Participants are assigned a race bib and are responsible for bringing their bib and wearing it for every race they attend.**
• Those opting to run the 1 mile AND the main event will be issued 2 bibs. You must wear the correct bib for each event in order for your time to be recorded for the event.
• Series points are awarded at each race based on your age group (age as of 11/17/2024) placement. 
• Awards will be presented at the final race based on placement points earned throughout the series. The more races you run, the better your chances of placing!
• Main Event series award categories for males & females: 1‐13; 14‐19; 20‐24; 25‐29; 30‐34; 35‐39; 40‐44; 45‐49; 50‐54; 55‐59; 60‐64; 65‐69; 70+
• 1 Mile Event series award categories for males & females: 1‐13; 14‐19; 20‐24; 25‐29; 30‐34; 35‐39; 40‐44; 45‐49; 50‐54; 55‐59; 60‐64; 65‐69; 70+
• We have participation swag available at the final race for those who run / volunteer in 5+ races during the series.
• Plan to hang around for food, fun and the awards after the final race.
• We will have photographers, when they are available, (thank you Clay and Karen) and you may share those photos with your family.
• YRRC supports sustainability, please bring your refillable water bottles. Any races over 4 miles will have a water station. 
• No dogs or strollers allowed.  This will be strictly enforced for the 2024/2025 series. 
• Black Cat Timing chip finish for quicker and more accurate results!
• Restrooms will be available at all events. 

RACE BIB(S) CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE FIRST EVENT YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND. BIBS WILL NOT BE MAILED.
