Challenge Goal:
We have set a goal of 450 minutes total for the challenge. This divides out to 15 minutes of activity a day but feel free to do more! 😊
Challenge Rules:
Your normal commute does not count. However, if you add an additional 15 min walk beyond normal track the extra!
Work related activities – like walking a site- do not count.
While mental health is highly encouraged, this challenge is about movement, so meditation does not count.
