SPRING STAMPEDE:
Join The Educational Foundation of the Chesters for this year's Spring Stampede. The Ed Foundation will be hosting the race on Saturday, April 26th. Register by March 21 to take advantage of the discounted rate and to secure your newly designed race t-shirt! Early registration fee is $35.00 for the 5K and $15.00 per individual for the fun run (children under 4 are free). Prices increase to $45.00 for the 5K and $25.00 per individual for the fun run after March 21. All early registrants are guaranteed one of our newly designed race shirts and anyone who registers after will receive one subject to availability. Each racer will also have the chance to enter to win one of the raffles that have been generously donated. In addition to the top 3 winners of the race, all 5K racers will receive a participant medal!
COLOR FUN RUN:
Get ready for the most colorful fun-filled day this year at the Spring Stampede Fun Run. Kids and/or families will have a chance to run through a one-mile course while being doused with all the colors of the rainbow. PLEASE NOTE: Any child under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Anyone who participates in the fun run must be registered to do so.

Did you know that your gently worn sneakers could help the Ed Foundation?
Well, they can and here’s how…Our race is participating in a fundraiser where there is nothing to buy or sell; All we need is your support and your gently worn, used, or new sneakers!
Here’s how you can help:
Start in your and your family’s closets and gather as many pair of sneakers that you no longer want; maybe you’ve out-grown them, they’re out of style, or out of season. If you and your household have 20 pairs, great! If not, don’t worry. You can ask your neighbors, friends, co-workers, and anyone in your social networks to help out. Every pair counts!
The sneakers that we all collect will help raise money to support our program AND will help our environment by keeping sneakers out of landfills.
Can we count on you? Bring your new, old or gently used sneakers to packet pickup or on race day!
