Description
Gather your friends to race on the R-S Central High School cross country course. The course features 2 loops on mostly dirt trails with some paved sections and minimum elevation gain. Runners start the race on the north end zone of the football field and head into the woods where they will wind their way through a canopy of foliage and fields until they return to the stadium for a finish on our brand-new Geo Surface track. This is a great 5k for runners, joggers, and walkers alike. Spectators will also love it because they will get to see and cheer you on multiple times throughout the race.
Race Day Notes
Parking: Park in the student parking lot in the second row closest to the stadium. The first row will be blocked off.
Packet Pickup: 7 am
Start Time: 8 am

There will be no medals or awards for this year's event. Race divisions reported to RunSignup & ROC Race series are listed below.
- First, Second, and Third Male & Female Overall
- First Place Male & Female Master (40 and Over)
- First, Second, and Third Male & Female in each Age Group

Cost
Change of plans. Instead of charging for the race, we are asking those who can donate supplies or funds to bring something to the race to support those in need throughout Rutherford County. Bring/pay what you are able or just come and run with us. Results will count toward ROC standings however, we will not have t-shirts for the event.
