Come and participate in a truly unique experience at the Delaware River Grand Prix and Regatta with running and tubing!
Choose to run 7 Miles or 5K, or walk 1 mile, along a flat, quick, cinder course while enjoying the scenic atmosphere along the Delaware River and Canal State Park Trail. Advance Packet Pickup the night before the race from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Race day packet pick-up and registration begins at 8:00, races begin at 9:00. Both Pick-ups will be held at Delaware River Tubing (the location of the race).
After your Run or walk, you can unwind with our optional tubing down the Delaware River and BBQ with Delaware River Tubing and the Famous River Hot Dog Man!
All participants will receive an event towel, perfect for post-tubing use. 1st 200 that register will also receive a limit edition event vinyl sticker!
Proceeds from this event will benefit the non-profit organization, Binnacle House with tubing services provided by Delaware River Tubing. Binnacle House has been serving at risk youth from throughout the state of New Jersey for 40 years. Binnacle House is a vital resource for adolescent males who must live away from their families for a period of time due to various forms of trauma. Our Hunterdon County location provides a safe, therapeutic, healing environment for these youth.

- Gender-specific age groups: 14& under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
- 2-hour course limit for all races, but must finish by 10:30 to participate in award ceremony
- Online Entry Fees: 10% Early-Bird Discount through July 16! (Not applicable to tubing)
- 7-mile race $50 (make it an end-of-summer blow-out by adding Tubing for additional $40)
- 5K race $40 (make it an end-of-summer blow-out by adding Tubing for additional $40)
- 1-mile Fun Walk $35 (add Tubing for an additional $40)
- Skip the exercise altogether and just go tubing for $40)
