Description

Join us for Vasa Ski Club's 9th annual Midwest Nordic Rendezvous.

With our guest xc ski instructor Lindsey Dehlin, two-time Olympian from Marquette, Mi! Dehlin was a two-sport athlete at Northern Michigan, competing in cross country and Nordic skiing from 2002-07. She was an NCAA National Champion, a five-time NCAA All-American and a two-time member of the U.S. Olympic team in Nordic skiing. Graduated from NMU in 2011 with a degree in liberal arts. She and her husband, Daniel Dehlin, reside in Marquette with their two sons Ethan and Chase.  This year she will be joined by her father Greg Weier, both are natives of Mahtomedi, Minn.  Greg has a deep history of coaching and instructing High School Nordic clubs and junior programs leading them to Championships.  He currently manages a  Master's Training Program, sharing his skill set and passion with Nordic racers.

This year we will be at two locations.  January 4 all lessons will take place at Hickory Meadows and January 5 all lessons will be at Forbush Corners in Frederic.  Please note the two different locations so you are in the corrrect place for your lesson.
