16th Annual United Way Turkey Trot

Join United Way of the Coastal Empire on Thanksgiving morning at Daffin Park for its 16th Annual Turkey Trot! Come as you are or in a Thanksgiving themed costume and hit the 4-mile course. 

The race route starts at Daffin Park, loops through the picturesque Ardsley Park neighborhood, and ends back at Daffin Park.  Participants are invited to a post-race awards ceremony, which includes food and beverages. No rollerblades or bicyles please.  Pets are permitted only with participants and on a leash. Strollers are welcome! We are rain or shine!

8:00 am Kids K (0.62 miles, ages 10 and under) (kids k race bibs will be available at packet pick-up *complimentary, included participation medal)

8:15 am Diaper Dash (35 yards/0.02 mile, ages 3 and under, *complimentary)

8:30 am 4M Run/Walk

PACKET PICKUP: Wednesday, November 27, 2024, 10 AM - 6 PM, Fleet Feet Sports, 3405 Waters Ave., Savannah

(Race will begin promptly at 8:30 AM on Thursday, November 28, so please make plans to pick-up your bib at Fleet Feet on Wednesday, November 27 to ensure you have what you need before the race begins!)

• Top 3 overall male and female

• Top 3 male and female in each age group

• Additional awards: largest family, runner from farthest away, most senior, most junior, best costume

  • (Make sure to sign up for the specialty awards at packet pick-up on Wednesday!)

Awards will be presented immediately following tabulations at Daffin Park.

REGISTRATIONS:

NOTE: Online pre-registration will CLOSE on Wednesday, November 27 at 6:00 PM EST UNLESS SOLD OUT BEFORE THEN.

• Pre-registrations are encouraged.

• ALL registrations must be done online - no cash will be on premises.

• Register before 12:00 PM on Monday, November 25 to guarantee your preferred race shirt size.

• On-site registration will be available on race morning from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM IF we are not sold out before then.
