North Manchester Thanksgiving Day 5K

Grab your friends, your family or the kids down the street and join on on Thanksgiving morning to burn some calories and help those in the NC Applachian Mountains affected by Hurricane Helene. Run, walk or stroll through one of two routes.  Run/walk the 5K on a paved surface around the Chester Heights walking track, or take a 1K stroll through the grounds of Peabody Retirement Community.  This race is a FUN race - run as fast as you can or simply enjoy the day walking with friends and family - it's all up to you!!

We're giving out PRIZES!!

• *1st male & female to cross the line
• *Best dressed...we'll choose 3, so get creative!
• *Biggest group participating together...you may end up sharing a pie, so make sure you like one another!!

Other important stuff to know:

• Start/Finish at MCS Administration Office
• Registration closes Nov 20 at 5P
• Register by Nov 16 to receive a free t-shirt
• Donations can be made.  All proceeds will go to the relief efforts for the NC Applachian Mountains
