Get ready to groove this April because National Dance Week is back, and so is Westly’s Dance Challenge!

That’s right, we’re challenging everyone to add 30-minutes of dancing to your daily life from April 19 – 28. And the best part, your sweet moves could win a $100 gift card to Target!

Step 3:

Get dancing! Complete your 30 minutes of dancing by April 28, and post your photo/video on social media using #WestlysDanceChallenge and @healthywestorange or email us at Westly@HealthyWestOrange.org. Your posts inspire others, and we love to cheering you on!

FREE Dance Class! To help us celebrate National Dance Week, Studio K is offering one free dance class for participants between April 19 – 28! Simply show your Dance Challenge confirmation email at Studio K when arriving for a class.
