Master's athletes are runners aged 40 and above.

We will have a section for the "Men's Master's 200m Dash" and a section for the "Women's Master's 200m Dash". Those who would like to be considered for entry to the fast section of the Master's 200m Dash should input a predicted race time. The six fastest seed times for men and women will constitute the "Men's Master's 200m Dash" and "Women's Master's 200m Dash".

All other masters runners will be distributed to mixed gender "Community" heats according to their seed time.

We ask that all entrants reasonably expect to run 4:00 or faster on race day.

We ask that all entrants reasonably expect to run 10:00 or faster on race day.

Those who would like to be considered for entry to the fast section of the Master's Mile should input a predicted race time. The fifteen fastest seed times for men and women will constitute the "Men's Master's Mile" and "Women's Master's Mile".

All other masters runners will be distributed to mixed gender "Community" heats according to their seed time.

We ask that all entrants reasonably expect to run 15:00 or faster on race day.

Distance Medley Relay consists of four legs: 1200m, 800m, 400m, Mile.

The first member to register must create a DMR team (which is separate from Club ) and pays the full cost of the relay. The remaining three relay members can then join that team.
