This session will include all aspects of skiing. Specific strength on the rollers, distance, sprints and lots of technique.Classic on Mondays and Skate on Wednesdays.

Long distance and technique for the advanced group and a shorter session for younger skiers too.6:00-8:00 for those who would like less distance.
