Refunds: Full refund (minus processing fee) if requested 30 days before the event. Add-ons are non-refundable.
Discounts: The code must be applied at the time of checkout. No retroactive discounts will be given.
Transfer Events: Allowed up to 7 days before the event. $10 transfer fee. Only to another event in the same calendar year. You pay the difference in event cost, if it exists. You cannot transfer an already transferred event.
Switch Category Within Event: Same rules as “transfer events.”
Transfer to Another Person: Allowed up to 7 days before the event. $10 transfer fee, paid by original registrant. New registrant signs up for free. Original registrant does not receive a refund.
