WARNING, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

FOR SNOWBOWL RANDO RADNESS RACE LEAGUE

Please read carefully 

I acknowledge that this activity that I choose to participate in is dangerous and involves the risks inherent in snow sports and the additional risks of an event of this type and that I could suffer an injury or death while participating. I understand that participating in this event and racing increases the risk of injury. 

I acknowledge that I have the opportunity to and it is my responsibility to inspect the course(s) and assess the risks I assume by participating in this event.

For and in consideration of the right to use the facilities of Montana Snowbowl (MSB, Inc.) and to practice and compete in the RANDO RADNESS Race League, I accept and assume all risks resulting from the inherent dangers, hazards and risks of the sport and this event and agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify MSB, Inc., its agents, employees, Ardea Endurance LLC, Rando Radness Race League organizers, event officials and sponsors from any and all claims and liability resulting from these risks, dangers and hazards, including claims based on negligence.

In return, Montana Snowbowl, its owners, employees, Rando Radness Race League organizers, agents, events officials and sponsors agree to allow me to take part in said Rando Radness Race League.

I grant full permission to Snowbowl and the event sponsors to use any photographs, video, recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose.

By signing this document you may be waiving your legal right to a jury trial to hold the providers, MSB, Inc., its agents, employees, event officials and sponsors legally responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the risks inherent in snow sports and racing or for injuries or damages you may suffer due to providers’ ordinary negligence that are the result of the provider's failure to exercise reasonable care.
