Renta Urban Land Design (RULD) is a Landscape Architecture and Urban Design firm with focus areas in large scale master plans, park design, and historic downtown renovation plans and infill planning with an emphasis on inclusive use for all users.
RULD is typically involved from project conception, often before buildings or land are purchased in order to study the current land uses, forms, and local codes in order to help guide the clients and the designs toward a successful outcome. RULD’s strengths lie in the understanding of the built environment and the focus on being good collaborators with allied professionals, be it architects, engineers, or the local municipality where the project is to be built.
RULD’s design principals lie in the root of being creative thinkers that focus on problem solving with the primary goal of making the client’s project a reality. RULD often states we are the client’s translators and interpreters and their job is to listen well to the client’s wants and needs and translate their vision into physical form, starting with drawings and leading to physical entities in the built environment, be it a new park, a new shopping center, or a new library.
