Keen Advisory Group has partnered with the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County as a Bronze Sponsor for the annual Sharon's Ride.Run.Walk., a 15-mile Bike Ride or 5K Run/Walk in honor of Breanna Hesla Duncan. Join Keen Advisory Group and the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County for Sharon's Ride.Run.Walk., a movement that brings the community together to educate, spread awareness, honor our lost loved ones and make a difference for the people who live with epilepsy. We are raising money to help The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County so they can provide wraparound support services and programs at no cost to individuals and families affected by epilepsy.
Bree was an incredible person, a bright light in the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. With one of the biggest hearts you could ever encounter, Bree was the first to reach out with a call or text to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. She was always the first to volunteer, ready to offer her time and help for any event. If you knew her, chances are you had a special nickname she gave you – 'mom', 'sister', 'cousin', 'friend'. To Bree, friends were family, and she made sure you always knew how much you were loved. She was generous with her love, hugs, encouragement, and unwavering support. Bree was love incarnate, and we are all deeply grieving the loss of such an extraordinary soul.
Upon her passing in 2023, at just 31 years old, Bree had already touched so many lives. Bree was one of the hardest workers anyone could ever know—highly valued and loved by all who worked with her. Bree and Jon were married in 2021 and had two beautiful children together, Teagan (3) and Wyatt (1). They were building a wonderful life together in Georgia, filled with love, joy, and adventures. Bree frequently shared glimpses of their life through pictures and videos, showcasing the love they all shared. Bree had also recently found a passion for helping special needs children at her church, a community she was proud to be a part of and excited to grow within.
The loss of Bree is a profound tragedy. As we honor her memory, Keen Advisory Group is excited to support organizations like the San Diego Epilepsy Foundation. Their work in researching and providing treatment for those living with epilepsy is critical. As Bree battled epilepsy, supporting the foundation in her honor ensures that others receive the care and attention they deserve. Your generosity will help bring hope to those in need and support the research that will make a difference in the lives of countless individuals struggling with epilepsy.
